Data collected

We collect the following data:

Artificial intelligence and your data

Jobiwan uses artificial intelligence to personalize your coaching journey. Your data is:

• Used only for YOUR journey — never shared with other users
• Not used to train AI models — we use third-party APIs without fine-tuning on your data
• Deletable at any time upon request

Sub-processors

We use the following sub-processors for service operation:

Contractual guarantees (standard contractual clauses, DPA) govern each data transfer outside the EU.

Data retention

• Account data: retained as long as the account is active, then deleted within 30 days of closure
• Conversations and responses: retained as long as the account is active to ensure journey continuity
• Shared results: public sharing pages remain accessible unless deletion is requested
• Pitch videos: kept in your folder until you delete them. With your consent, a video is sent to Google Gemini to be scored, then deleted from Google as soon as the analysis ends (within 48 hours at most if something goes wrong). You can withdraw this consent in My account.

Your rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

• Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
• Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to data portability — retrieve your data in a structured format
• Right to object — object to certain processing
• Right to restriction — restrict the processing of your data

Cookies

Jobiwan uses technical cookies needed to operate the service and, with your permission, Google Analytics cookies on public pages:

• Authentication cookie (Supabase Auth)
• Session preferences
• Your Google Analytics acceptance or refusal, saved in this browser for six months
• Google Analytics cookies (_ga and _ga_*) after acceptance, to measure visits to public pages, with a maximum lifetime of six months

Google Analytics is optional. Before you agree, its tag is not loaded and no data is sent to it. Google processes measured visits; URL parameters, fragments, exercise answers and private pages are excluded from this measurement. Google Analytics advertising features are disabled. You can decline or withdraw permission at any time using the Google Analytics choices button on public pages. Withdrawal stops this collection and removes Google Analytics cookies from this browser.
