Career coaching with AI
AI helps. You stay in control.
AI can help organise your thinking and prepare an application. Its usefulness depends on the examples you provide and the checks you keep in your own hands.

Use AI for specific tasks
Ask for help structuring an experience, identifying a vacancy’s expectations or preparing interview questions. A situated request is more useful than a general one: provide your target role, context and the facts you want to communicate.
In Jobiwan, this work forms part of a journey: self-reflection, exploration and preparation. CV writing, application arguments and interview practice draw on the material you provide. A suggestion is something to revise, rather than a decision to follow automatically.
Keep a critical eye
A fluent response can be inaccurate, generic or biased. Check information about employers, occupations and training against identifiable sources. Never add a skill, outcome or responsibility to your CV that you cannot explain.
Remembering an exchange does not mean understanding your situation perfectly. Review summaries and correct omissions. Avoid sharing confidential information about clients or colleagues. A human adviser, when included in your programme, has a separate role from the tool.
Before using a suggestion
Are the facts correct?
Check each date, number and job title. Ask for the source of new information and verify it directly.
Does it sound like you?
Replace generic phrases with your own words. Read the text aloud to prepare a credible interview answer.
What evidence is missing?
Find claims that are too broad. Add an observable example or choose more measured wording.
