Comparing career support
Compare what matters to you.
Use the same criteria for each option: objective, people, method, outputs, cost and limits. A ranking cannot replace checking the service you will actually receive.

Compare forms of support
| Form | People | Outputs to check | Cost and limits |
|---|---|---|---|
| Individual coaching | Named coach | Objectives, personalised feedback, action plan | Dated quotation; method and availability vary |
| Digital journey | Independent work and support as offered | Exercises, resources, application preparation | Access terms; requires independent engagement |
| AI-supported journey | Tool dialogue; humans as offered | Rephrasing, practice, reviewed summaries | Access terms; possible errors and bias |
| French CEP | Adviser at the relevant operator | Clarification and career project preparation | Free; distinct from writing applications |
Define criteria before comparing providers
Choose an observable objective: clarify two paths, prepare an application or work on your introduction. Specify your availability and how much human conversation you need. Two offers can use the word coaching while describing very different experiences.
Ask about the number and duration of appointments, work between sessions and the outputs provided. A large content library does not tell you how much personalised feedback you will receive. A demonstration or example helps make the service concrete.
Compare limits alongside benefits
A human coach can explore a situation in depth, but availability and methods vary. A digital journey offers an independent framework, but requires engagement with exercises. AI can help rephrase and rehearse; it can also produce inaccurate or generic responses.
The table compares forms of support without ranking brands or reproducing unverified prices. Request a dated quotation for paid services. Check total cost, cancellation terms, follow-up and how your data is handled.
