The Jobiwan method

Your experience is the starting point.

Progress begins with material that belongs to you: your experiences, interests and questions. Jobiwan organises this work to help you take practical action.

A person writes down ideas in a notebook.

An approach developed with Laurent Pitigliano

Laurent Pitigliano, coach and Jobiwan cofounder, places the person’s own account at the start of career support. The aim is to develop reference points from lived situations, rather than infer a direction from a label or job title.

The journey makes room for interests, emotions and working conditions that matter to you. These are prompts for reflection to compare with daily experience. They are not a diagnosis and cannot determine a career on their own.

A copilot, with you making the decisions

Exercises help surface useful questions and organise your answers. AI can help rephrase, connect an experience to an application and prepare a conversation. You can correct a suggestion, reject an option or revisit an assumption.

Real-world checks remain essential: examine vacancies, talk with professionals and rehearse your introduction. References used in particular exercises explain their origins; they do not scientifically validate the entire journey. Human support arrangements depend on the programme you can access.

Three stages to move forward

  1. Clarify

Review your experience, motivations and criteria. Formulate a starting question and examples that reflect you.

  2. Explore

Investigate options and real conditions. Separate established information from assumptions that need checking.

  3. Prepare

Work on your CV and arguments, then practise interviews. Choose a concrete next action.
