By using Jobiwan, you agree to these terms.

1. Purpose

These terms of service govern access to and use of the Jobiwan platform, available at jobiwan.com, published by Navia SAS.

2. Access to the service

Registration is open to any adult individual. The user agrees to provide accurate information during registration and to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

3. Description of the service

Jobiwan offers personalized career coaching augmented by artificial intelligence, including: a structured journey in 4 phases (Diagnosis, Introspection, Exploration, Action), interactive mini-games, an AI coaching chat, CV creation tools, and interview preparation. The service does not constitute a regulated skills assessment, nor a medical or psychological act.

4. Plans and pricing

Jobiwan offers several plans: Discovery (free), Essential, and Hybrid (paid). Current prices are displayed on the pricing page. Paid subscriptions are monthly and can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access remains active until the end of the paid period.

5. Intellectual property

All Jobiwan content (method, text, mini-games, visuals, illustrations, logo) is protected by copyright. Artworks and AI-generated content created during the user's journey are licensed to them for personal use only.

6. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in our privacy policy. Users can request deletion of their account and data at any time via account settings or by emailing contact@jobiwan.com.

7. Liability

Jobiwan strives to ensure service availability and quality, without guarantee of results. AI recommendations are reflection tools and do not constitute certified professional advice. Jobiwan cannot be held responsible for decisions made by the user based on the service.

8. Changes to these terms

Jobiwan reserves the right to modify these terms. Users will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
